Follow the steps below to add an email account.
Step 1 - Navigate to the email section
After you have logged in to your cPanel account, navigate to the email section and click on the link that reads "Email Accounts"
Step 2 - Add account
The first section you will see on the page will be the "Add email account" section. Fill in the new account address as well as the password. See the example image below :

Click on the button that reads "Create Account" to create the account.
Step 3 - Done
The new account is now active and can be setup on any email client. You will see the new account listed as in the example below :
